Resolving disputes and supporting litigation

Equitable Solutions

The strategy for resolving disputes is based on adopting legal solutions in their broad sense without resorting to the logic of force in requiring or preserving rights with preference from reality or support from any official body whose goal is to divert influence or favoritism and nepotism at the expense of justice.

Preemptive Resolution

Accordingly, our policies at the Center aim to achieve this strategy through tactical objectives that lead to establishing it as a basis for consolidating and enhancing rights according to the Negotiation and reconciliation policy: This policy precedes the existence of the dispute or its resolution, and the task of those charged with reconciliation – through those we choose according to the request in our center – is to reach consensus foundations based on the dispute before it reaches the litigation stage.
