Compliance with legislation and laws

This is done by undertaking the task of publishing, clarifying and explaining laws in conjunction with the circumstances associated with their development, where the reasons for enacting any law play an important explanatory role that reveals how its application should be, in terms of the issues it addresses or in terms of the role assigned to the judiciary regarding them. According to this meaning, laws are an expression of social conditions that the legislator specifically addresses and regulates, entrusting the matter of their implementation to the judiciary, which in most cases relies on the opinions of jurists – whom they represent in our field of work – with what they point to in their correct interpretation, and the judiciary is also bound by previous trends. To the Supreme Court regarding the subject matter of legislation, especially if this court (Court of Cassation in Lebanon / Court of Cassation in Egypt / Federal Supreme Court in Iraq) has a distinct opinion on this matter; The legislator resorted to addressing it in detail.

Compliance with the laws accordingly does not stem from the will of jurisprudence or the judiciary, but rather stems from adherence to the will of the legislator in what he seeks, by setting the necessary legal standards for the proper application of the texts contained in its codification.
